Susy will be joining a host of well-known faces in the Celebrity Chef Theatre, such as Aldo Zilli, Sophie Grigson, Phil Vickery and Ed Baines, to give demos and talks. Susy will be presenting some of her favourite wines for tasting and talking about food and wine matching and Spring drinking tips. See

* Ashburton Cookery School - the fab new building is up and running (and has been described as 'the best cookery school in the UK'). Susy now giving talks there again, this time while guests enjoy a
gourmet five-course dinner with wines to match from Charles Steevenson of Kingsbridge. Susy will guide you through the wines between courses and deliver lots of tips on food and wine matching. A seriously good evening of fine wine and food.

* 2010 - NEW DATES for Susy's Discover the Origin national talks, including in Cardiff on 16 Feb, Exeter on 8 March and Oxford on 15 March. Talks on generic Burgundy and Douro wines, to start with fizz and canape reception.

* Rioja's Tapas Fantasticas Festival 2010 London!
26-27 June. It's the biggest Spanish street fair of the Summer (well, in the UK...) and Susy will be there on the Sunday giving seminars on Rioja all through the day. A great party all round.
